Survey of attitudes among the public, specialists in the fields of architecture, urban planning, culture, tourism, hotel, restaurant business and other areas with the aim of choosing a functional purpose for the specified central public space “Dupkata” (“The Hole”) in Varna, Bulgaria.

Varna’s city center has many public spaces with great potential, which are not fully utilized. The reason is often the lack of connectivity and proper function.
Based on the opinions of 134 experts and 3124 citizens who took part in the survey, an analysis and summary report were created. You can find them on the Idea for Varna website.
